广东省21地市中医医疗资源地区发展差异分析

Analysis of Regional Development Differences of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources in 21 Cities of Guangdong Province

目的:分析2016年广东省21地市中医医疗资源发展情况。方法:选取广东省中医药局《广东省中医统计信息汇编2016》数据,经加权计算,采用秩和比法评价中医医疗资源地区发展差异。结果:广州、佛山、深圳三市中医医疗资源的发展在广东省处于领先地位,汕头、汕尾和潮州三市较为落后,其余地市总体处于居中位置。结论:政府应科学合理规划财政投入方案,建立卫生资源二次分配机制,鼓励社会资本进入中医药卫生事业领域,促进中医医疗资源配置水平的提升。

Objective:To analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine resources in 21 cities of Guangdong Province in 2016.Methods:The data of Guangdong Statistical Information Collection of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016 of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and evaluated comprehensively by rank sum ratio method.Results:Among the economically under developed areas,Maoming and Meizhou ranked the top in the development of traditional Chinese medicine resources,the economically developed areas such as Dongguan and Zhuhai ranked the bottom and Chaoshan was in the backward position of the whole province.Conclusion:Government should plan the financial input program scientifically and rationally,establish a secondary distribution mechanism of health resources,encourage social capital to enter the field of Chinese medicine and health,and promote the improvement of the allocation level of Chinese medicine and health resources.
