基于波士顿矩阵的公立医院科室业务发展战略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Public Hospitals' Department Business Based on Boston Matrix

基于波士顿矩阵,结合医疗行业特点,在矩阵中引入反映医疗公益性的维度,构建适用于医院科室业务分析的新模型。对新模型提出的8类业务进行解释、分析,并根据不同科室业务类型特点,将其分别归入大力发展的科室业务、保持现状的科室业务、分析求变的科室业务和应当放弃的科室业务4类,提出有针对性的发展方向与建议,为医院各科室制定发展战略提供参考。

Based on the widely used business portfolio analysis-Boston matrix,combined with the characteristics of the medical industry to reflect the medical public welfare in the matrix,the author constructed a new model suitable for hospital department business analysis.With analyzing the eight types of services proposed by the new model and proposing development directions for different business types,and according to the characteristics of different departments'business types,they are classified into the vigorously developed department business,the current department business,the analysis of the department business and the department business that should be abandoned,and targeted development directions and suggestions were put forward,in order to provide relevant reference for the development strategies of various departments in the hospital.
