摘要
目的:了解南京市二级及以上公立医院员工薪酬满意度情况,探索员工薪酬满意度因子,为南京市公立医院薪酬系统调整提供科学依据。方法:对南京市二级及以上公立医院965名员工进行问卷调查,分析员工薪酬满意度的主要影响因素。结果:经过因子分析,提取4个因子,按其影响大小排序依次为薪酬制度、薪酬水平、绩效分配和薪酬结构。结论:有关部门应聚焦上述4个方面,有针对性地采取激励措施,以提高南京市二级及以上公立医院员工薪酬满意度。
Objective:To study the staff’s pay satisfaction of the second and tertiary grade public hospitals in Nanjing City,and explore the key influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for adjustment of public hospital’s salary system in Nanjing.Methods:A total of 965 staffs from public hospitals in Nanjing were investigated by questionnaire survey.Their pay satisfaction and its influencing factors was analyzed by factor analysis.Results:Four factors were extracted by factor analysis,and the order of influence was as follows:salary system,salary level,performance distribution and salary structure.Conclusion:The relevant units and departments should focus on the above four aspects and take targeted incentive measures in order to improve the pay satisfaction of the second and tertiary grade public hospitals in Nanjing.
