北京市通州区老年骨性关节炎患者社区康复利用现状及其影响因素

Analysis of Utilization Status and Its Influencing Factors of Community Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Osteoarthritis in Tongzhou District of Beijing City

目的:了解骨性关节炎(OA)患者的社区康复利用现状和影响因素,为促进其有效利用社区康复提供参考。方法:随机抽取500名在通州部分社区门诊就诊,年龄≥60岁OA患者进行自编问卷调查。采用卡方检验和Logistic回归对OA患者社区康复利用影响因素进行分析。结果:接受过社区康复服务的OA患者占68.8%。疼痛程度、是否影响生活、知晓病因、知晓社区康复服务、门诊就诊次数、患病时间、家庭与社区医院距离是影响患者社区康复服务利用的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:应加强宣传及健康教育,提高社区医务人员康复服务意识及能力,以提高OA患者对社区康复的利用程度。

Objective:To understand the utilization status and its influencing factors of community rehabilitation of osteoarthritis outpatients in Tongzhou district,so as to improve the utilization of community rehabilitation.Methods:A questionnaire survey was implemented in 500 osteoarthritis patients over 60 years old from 5 Community Health Service Centers in Tongzhou district in Beijing by purpose sampling in 2018.Chi square test for single factor and Logistic regression for multi factor analysis were used.Results:68.8% of the patients utilized community rehabilitation services.There were significant differences in seven factors including degree of pain,impact of disease on daily life,knowledge of OA,understanding of community rehabilitation,number of community visits in the past year,duration of illness,and the distance between residence and community hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen publicity and health education,and improve the awareness and ability of community medical staff on rehabilitation services for increasing the utilization of community rehabilitation in OA patients.
