摘要
目的:了解石家庄市医务人员、患者及健康人群对医患关系的认知,为改善医患关系提供参考。方法:随机抽取石家庄市8家医院医务人员、患者及4个街道8个社区健康人群进行自编问卷调查。结果:医务人员、患者、健康人群大多认为医患关系应为"指导-合作型";医务人员、患者、健康人群认为医患关系"较紧张"占比较高,分别为39.15%、36.43%、23.98%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员、患者、健康人群对医患关系紧张原因、改善策略的认知不尽相同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应针对不同人群对医患关系的认知,采取有针对性的措施,促进医患关系的和谐。
Objective:To understand the cognition of doctor-patient relationship among doctor-nurse,patients and healthy population in Shijiazhuang City,and provide reference for improving a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods:The medical staff and patients of 8 hospitals,and healthy population in 8 communities of 4 streets in Shijiazhuang City were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire survey.Results:Medical Staff,patients and healthy population all thought that the type of doctor-patient relationship should be“guidance-cooperative”.In the feeling of doctor-patient relationship,the proportions of doctor-nurses,patients and healthy population thought the doctor-patient relationship as“somewhat nervous”was the highest,accounting for 39.15% ,36.43% and 23.98% respectively(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the recognition of reasons of nervous doctor-patient relationship and recognition of improvement strategy among medical staff,patients and healthy population(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted measures should be taken to promote the harmony of doctor-patient relationship among different groups of people.
