东北地区临床实习生医学职业精神现状调查

Investigation on Status Quo of Medical Professionalism of Clinical Interns in Northeast China

目的:了解东北地区临床实习生医学职业精神现状及其相关影响因素,为医学院校人才培养和医学职业精神教育提供参考。方法:以医学职业精神评价量表为调查工具,采用方便抽样的方法对东北地区3所大学临床实习医学生进行调查。结果:临床实习生医学职业精神平均得分为(119.59SymbolqB@13.14)分,尊重他人得分最高,尽职尽责得分最低,8.1%的临床实习生医学职业精神处于低水平;临床实习生的所属院校、轮转科室数量、医学誓言及自身人文素养认知是医学职业精神的影响因素。结论:临床实习生的医学职业精神亟待加强;医学院校应以显性教育与隐性教育相结合的方式,加强医学生的职业精神教育,使其职业精神在医疗实践中充分发挥,并植根于内心,引导和规范自身职业行为。

Objective:To understand the status quo and related influencing factors of medical professionalism of clinical interns in northeast China,and provides reference for the cultivation of medical talents and medical professionalism education in medical colleges.Methods:The medical professionalism evaluation scale was used as a survey tool,and the clinical interns of Jilin University,Shenyang Medical College and Qiqihar Medical College were investigated by means of convenient sampling method.Results:Clinical interns’average medical professionalism score is(119.59±13.14).Respect for others is the highest score,and the due diligence score is the lowest,8.1% of the clinical interns have a low level of medical professionalism.Affiliated institutions,the number of rotation departments,cognition of medical oath and self-humanistic literacy are the influencing factors of medical professionalism.Conclusion:The medical professionalism of clinical interns needs to be strengthened urgently.Medical colleges should strengthen the medical professionalism education of students by combining explicit education with implicit education,so that their professionalism can be fully exerted in medical practice,and rooted in the heart,to guide and regulate their own professional behavior.
