吡贝地尔对病毒性脑炎伴意识障碍患者的促醒治疗效果

Effects of piribedil on waking up viral encephalitis patients with consciousness disorders

目的观察吡贝地尔缓释片对病毒性脑炎伴意识障碍患者的促醒疗效。方法选取60例病毒性脑炎伴意识障碍患者作为研究对象,单盲随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予病毒性脑炎常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用吡贝地尔缓释片50mg,每天1次。采用格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分(GCS)评定疗效。结果治疗组在治疗后5、7、14d的GCS评分较治疗前均有显著好转,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗后5d出现促醒,对照组在治疗后7d出现促醒。结论对病毒性脑炎伴意识障碍患者加用吡贝地尔缓释片治疗,可提前2d达到促醒,值得临床尝试。

Objective To observe the awakening effect of piribedil on patients with viral encephalitis and disturbance of consciousness. Methods Sixty patients with viral encephalitis and disturbance of consciousness were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment for viral encephalitis,and the treatment group was given piribedil 50 mg once daily for routine treatment.The efficacy was assessed using the Glasgow Coma Scale Scale (GCS). Results The GCS scores of the treatment group at 5,7 and 14 days after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.01).The treatment group showed wakefulness 5 days after treatment,and the control group showed wakefulness 7 days after treatment. Conclusion For patients with viral encephalitis and disturbance of consciousness,the use of piribedil treatment can achieve wake-up 2 days in advance,which is worthy of clinical trial.
