摘要 沿海钢筋混凝土结构的氯离子腐蚀全过程可分为3个阶段——氯离子侵蚀阶段、钢筋电化学腐蚀阶段和保护层开裂阶段.利用COMSOL软件,将3个腐蚀阶段进行耦合,建立混凝土腐蚀全过程的综合数值模型,并对某海湾大桥一桥墩进行数值模拟.结果表明:该模型可有效模拟沿海混凝土的腐蚀过程,得到氯离子侵蚀、腐蚀产物分布和混凝土裂缝开展等重要信息,并可对结构耐久性进行预测. The overall corrosion process of chloride ion corrosion of coastal reinforced concrete structures can be divided into three stages: chloride ion erosion stage, electrochemical corrosion stage and protective layer cracking stage. In this paper, COMSOL software is used to couple three corrosion stages to develop a comprehensive numerical model of the whole process of concrete corrosion, and numerical simulation of a bay bridge pier is carried out. The results show that this model can effectively simulate the overall corrosion process of coastal concrete,that some important information such as chloride ion erosion, corrosion products distribution and concrete crack development can be obtained, and that structural durability can be predicted accurately.
