摘要
学习共同体是教师与学生在共同的目标指引下、在交互合作的基础上构成的群体。学习共同体中教师必须尊重学生的主体地位,了解学生的动态及需求,提供支持服务,帮助学生提高认知水平及技能水平,教育机构更要逐步完善远程开放教育各环节的支持服务工作,创新支持服务模式。江苏开放大学,围绕学习者,对有支持目标、有组织方式、有评价机制、有人力和制度保障的"3+n"整合式学习支持服务模式进行探索,取得成效。
Learning community refers to groups of learners and teachers,sharing the same goals in the interactive discourse with collaboration and cooperation. In the learning community,teachers need to respect the primary status of students,dynamically understand the needs from students,provide support and help students to improve their recognitions and skills. More importantly,teachers need to gradually improve their support for all procedures during distance learning and innovate on the new ways beyond current support mode. With an example of Jiangsu Open University,students are the center. On this basis,we clear our goals,use appropriate ways and evaluation systems,have the right people and construct strong rules to implement "3+n" integrated mode support service.
