Research on the Identification of Influencing Factors of Prefabricated Building Cost under EPC Model and Formulation of Evaluation Criteria

以EPC模式下的装配式建筑企业为研究对象,将装配式建筑预制构件视为工业化产品,总结归纳装配式建筑构件采购阶段和构件安装阶段影响建造成本的可量化影响因素指标体系。在此基础上,通过采集示范项目大量数据,有针对性地对各动态影响因素指标体系建立各指标评价标准,为装配式建筑建造成本影响因素设定评价标准值,为装配式建筑建造成本影响因素的评价提供参考依据。

Taking the prefabricated building enterprise under EPC model as the research object,this paper regards the prefabricated components as industrial products,summarizes the quanti able in uencing factors index system that in uences the construction cost during the procurement and installation stage of prefabricated components. On this basis,through the collection of a large amount of data of the demonstration project,establishes the target evaluation criteria for each dynamic influencing factor index system,and sets the evaluation standard for the in uencing factors of the prefabricated building cost,provides reference for the evaluation of factors in uencing the prefabricated building cost.
