摘要 针对塔机操作安全事故受多个因素影响的问题,提出一种熵权和DEMATEL法耦合的安全事故关键影响因素分析模型。首先,综合认知行为理论、人因工程理论,找出造成塔机操作安全事故的影响因素,从设备选型及状况、设备安装过程、使用维护管理、环境因素等4个方面建立综合指标评价体系;然后,基于熵权计算得出各个指标对塔机安全操作产生影响的熵权值,应用DEMATEL法构建塔机操作安全影响因素量化识别模型求中心度和原因度两个参数;最后,利用DEMATEL法所确定的指标间的影响程度值来修正熵权值,求组合权重,确定导致塔机安全事故的关键因素。 In view of the operation safety of tower crane affected by many factors,an analysis model on the key influencing factors of safety accidents is proposed based on Entropy and DEMATEL.Firstly,the cognitive behavior and human factor engineering theory are used to find out the influencing factors causing tower crane operation safety accidents,and the comprehensive evaluation index system is established from four aspects of equipment selection,equipment installation,operation maintenance and management,and environmental factors.Secondly,the entropy weight of each indicator is calculated based on entropy theory,and the quantitative identification model for tower crane operation safety influencing factor is established by using DEMATEL method to calculate the parameters of central degree and reason degree.Finally,the entropy weight is corrected based on the influencing degree between indexes determined by DEMATEL method and the combination weight is calculated to determine the key factors which can cause the safety accident of tower crane.
