摘要 在物流高速发展的今天,物品分拣是物流当中的重要环节,传统的物品分拣是由人工来完成的,不仅耗时耗力,而且还无法长时间工作,因而促使了分拣机器人的出现,目的就是代替人类完成这种重复度高的工作,从而大大地解放人力。本文研究了自动分拣机器人定位系统的设计,机器人能否准确地停在指定区域,将会影响机械手能否在它的工作范围内抓取到目标物体。设计中使用到两个红外光电开关,用来检测地面的颜色,分别安装在机器人的前后端,前段的用来判断机器人是否己经进入指定区域,尾端的用来判断机器人是否整体进入指定区域。本文的研究对于提高分拣机器人的智能化水平和自适性能力,都具有重要的意义和价值。 In the rapid development of logistics,item sorting is an important part of logistics. Traditional sorting of goods is done manually. It is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also unable to work for a long time,thus promoting the sorting robot. The purpose of the emergence is to replace humans to complete this kind of repetitive work,thus greatly liberating manpower. This paper studies the design of the automatic sorting robot positioning system. Whether the robot can accurately stop in the designated area will affect whether the robot can capture the target object within its working range. Two infrared photoelectric switches are used in the design to detect the color of the ground,which are respectively installed at the front and rear ends of the robot. The front part is used to judge whether the robot has entered the designated area,and the tail end is used to judge whether the robot has entered the designated area as a whole. The research in this paper has important significance and value for improving the intelligence level and self-adaptability of sorting robots.
