连续流动注射分析法测定输配水管中挥发酚

摘要 建立了流动注射分析法测定输配水管浸泡液中挥发酚的测定方法。将输配水管样品依规范预处理浸泡后,取其浸泡液,采用全自动连续流动注射分析仪,对其浸泡液进行测试分析。该方法在0.00-20.00μg/L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.999 9),方法的检出限为0.80μg/L,加标回收率为91.8%~110.5%,相对标准偏差为2.85%-4.76%,且该方法相比国标,灵敏度、自动化程度高,重现性好,可用于涉水产品浸泡液中挥发酚的痕量分析。 In this study a flow injection analysis method for the determination of volatile phenols in the soaking liquid for water distribution pipe was established.After the sample of the water distribution pipe was pretreated and soaked according to the standard,the soaking liquid was taken and was tested and analyzed by a fully automatic continuous flow injection analyzer.The method had a good linearity (r =0.999 9) in the concentration range of 0.00~20.00 μg/L. The detection limit of the method was 0.80 μg/L,the spike recovery rate was 91.8%~110.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.85%~4.76%. Compared with the national standard method,the method has a high sensitivity,high degree of automation and good reproducibility,and can be used for trace analysis of volatile phenols in the soaking liquid of the products related to drinking water.
