冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉造影特点及冠脉支架置入术治疗的临床效果观察

Study the Coronary Angiography Features and Effect of Coronary Stent Implantation in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉造影特点及冠脉支架置入术治疗的效果。方法抽取本院2010年8月～2018年12月进行冠脉支架置入术的63例患者进行研究,其中31例单纯冠心病患者作为对照组,而32例冠心病合并糖尿病者作为研究组,观察两组患者冠脉造影特点与治疗情况。结果研究组的三支病变、弥漫性病变发生率均高于对照组,而研究组单支病变、双支病变发生率均少于对照组(P <0.05);研究组总有效率、并发症发生率与对照组相比无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论冠脉造影在冠心病合并糖尿病中具有重要作用,可观察到患者病变情况,随后通过冠脉支架置入术治疗后,可有效改善狭窄情况,延缓病情发展,为预后提供保障。

Objective To study the coronary angiography features and effect of coronary stent implantation in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 63 patients underwent coronary stent implantation from August 2010 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected, including 31 CHD patients (control group) and 32 CHD with DM patients (study group). The coronary angiography features and treatment outcomes were assessed. Results The incidence rate of triple-vessel lesion and diffuse lesion in the study group was higher than control group;the incidence rate of single-vessel lesion and double-vessel lesion in the study group was lower than control group (P < 0.05);the total effective rate and complication rate in the study group and control group was not significantly different (P > 0.05). Conclusion The coronary angiography is helpful to detect the lesions;besides, the coronary stent implantation can relieve the stenosis conditions, delay the disease progression and improve patients’ prognosis.
