护理风险管理对老年冠心病病人介入手术护理质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Risk Management on Nursing Quality of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Interventional Surgery

目的探讨护理风险管理对老年冠心病病人介入手术护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月～2018年11月在本院心内科接受手术治疗的老年冠心病患者164例作为研究对象,按照随机原则分成A、B两组,每组各82例。其中,A组应用常规护理,B组在A组基础上加以护理风险管理,对比两组患者的护理依从性、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 B组相较于A组,患者护理依从性明显升高,护理满意度明显增高,并发症发生率明显减低,组间差异显著,具有可比性(P <0.05)。结论在介入手术治疗老年冠心病病人的过程中加强护理风险管理,能够增强患者对手术的配合程度,减少术后并发症的产生,改善护患关系以及提高手术效果,值得临床护理应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing risk management on interventional nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 164 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional surgery in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomLy divided into two groups, A and B, with 82 cases in each group. Among them, group A applied routine nursing, group B applied nursing risk management on the basis of group A, and compared the nursing compliance, nursing satisfaction and complication rate between the two groups. Results After nursing, compared with group A, group B had higher nursing compliance, higher nursing satisfaction, lower incidence of complications and significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management in elderly patients with coronary heart disease during interventional surgery can enhance the degree of cooperation of patients with surgery, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve the effect of surgery, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
