血管超声诊断椎动脉开口处狭窄的价值

摘要 目的:评价血管超声诊断椎动脉开口处狭窄的临床价值。方法:研究对象为我院就诊收治的106例椎动脉开口狭窄患者为观察组,另选取同期入院健康体检者100例,比较两组研究对象的血管超声诊断情况。结果:观察组血管超声诊断血流参数(收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数、椎动脉内径)与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),血管超声诊断符合率为97.2%。结论:血管超声诊断椎动脉开口处狭窄准确可靠,操作简单方便,还可用于评估狭窄程度。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of stenosis at the vertebral artery opening. Methods: 106 patients with vertebral artery stenosis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the observation group, and 100 healthy subjects who were admitted to the hospital at the same time were selected. The vascular ultrasound diagnosis of the two groups was compared. Results: The blood flow parameters(peak systolic blood flow velocity, end-diastolic blood flow velocity, pulsation index, resistance index, vertebral artery diameter) of the observation group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05). The diagnostic compliance rate was 97.2%. Conclusion: Vascular ultrasound diagnosis of vertebral artery stenosis is accurate and reliable, easy to operate, and can be used to assess the degree of stenosis.
