摘要
为了探明大豆酶解蛋白替代仔猪饲粮中血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白或鱼粉的功效。研究选择28 d断奶三元杂交(杜×长×大)仔猪320头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复20头。分别饲喂:处理1:3%血浆蛋白+3%肠膜蛋白+3%鱼粉日粮;处理2(无血浆蛋白质):9%大豆酶解蛋白+3%肠膜蛋白+3%鱼粉日粮;处理3(无肠膜蛋白):4%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆蛋白+3%鱼粉日粮;处理4(无鱼粉):3.5%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆蛋白+3%肠膜蛋白日粮。试验猪于28 d开始饲喂各自日粮,于42~49 d,每个重复选择2只猪,用AIA法测定养分利用率(常规养分、氨基酸和总能表观消化率)。研究结果证明:以典型的3%血浆+3%肠膜+3%鱼粉日粮对比,9%大豆酶解蛋白+3%肠膜+3%鱼粉、4%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆+3%鱼粉和3.5%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆+3%肠膜组合的仔猪日粮可以获得较高的EE、CP、OM、CHO和GE表观利用率,可以使表观消化能分别提高2.2%、0.5%和1.6%(P<0.05)。9%大豆酶解蛋白+3%肠膜+3%鱼粉、4%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆+3%鱼粉和3.5%大豆酶解蛋白+3%血浆+3%肠膜组合的仔猪日粮可以获得较高的日粮必需氨基酸(赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、苏氨酸和缬氨酸)和非必需氨基酸(天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、胱氨酸、络氨酸)表观利用率。总必需氨基酸表观消化率可以分别提高0.96%、0.84%和2.74%。总非必需氨基酸表观利用率可以分别提高0.46%、0.75%和3.02%(P<0.05)。由此证明,使用9%的大豆酶解蛋白可以替代日粮中3%的血浆蛋白粉,4%的大豆酶解蛋白可以替代日粮3%的肠膜蛋白质,3.5%大豆酶解蛋白可以替代日粮中3%的鱼粉。大豆酶解蛋白有提高仔猪日粮养分和能量利用率的功效。
To determine the efficacy of enzymolytic soybean meal in replacing plasma protein powder, intestinal membrane protein or fishmeal on growth performance and intestinal health of weaned piglets. Three hundred twenty 28-day-old ternary hybrid (Duroc × Landrace × Large Yorkshire) weaned piglets were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment.The dietary treatments were corn-soybean meal based diets:① 3% plasma protein+3% intestinal membrane protein+3% fish meal diet;② 9% enzymolytic soybean meal+ 3% intestinal membrane protein + 3% fish meal diet (no plasma protein);③ 4% enzymolytic soybean meal+ 3% plasma protein+3% fish meal diet (no intestinal membrane protein);④ 3.5% enzymolytic soybean meal+ 3% plasma protein + 3% intestinal membrane protein diet (no fish meal). The piglets began to feed their diets on 28 days.Two piglets per replicate were selectet to determine nutrient use efficiency ( the apparent digestibility of composition,amino acidand energy) by AIA on 42~49 day of the experiment.The results of the study showed that compared with the conventional plasma-gut-fish meal diet,9% enzymolytic soybean meal+3% intestinal membrane + 3% fish mealdiet,4% enzymolytic soybean meal+ 3% plasma protein+3% fish meal diet and 3.5% enzymolytic soybean meal+3% plasma protein + 3% intestinal membrane protein diet improved the apparent utilization of EE,CP,OM,CHO and GE,and the apparent digestibility could be increased by 2.2%,0.5% and 1.6%,respectively(P<0.05).9% enzymolytic soybean meal + 3% intestinal membrane + 3% fish mealdiet,4% enzymolytic soybean meal+3% plasma protein+ 3% fish meal diet and 3.5% enzymolytic soybean meal+ 3% plasma protein+3% intestinal membrane protein diet showed higher apparent utilization of essential amino acids (Lys,Met,Trp,Arg,His,Leu,Ile,Phe,Thr and Val) and non-essential amino acids (Asp,Ser,Glu,Gly,Ala,Cys,Tyr).The apparent digestibility of total essential amino acids increased by 0.96%,0.84% and 2.74%,respectively.The apparent utilization ratio of total non-essential amino acids increased by 0.46%,0.75% and 3.02%,respectively(P<0.05).It is proved that 3% of the plasma protein powder in weaned piglets could be replaced by 9% of peptide source,4% of enzymolytic soybean mealcould replace 3% of intestinal membrane protein,and 3.5% of that could use as functional as 3% of fish meal.The enzymolytic soybean mealused in weaned piglets for improving the utilization of dietary nutrient and energy.
