摘要
试验旨在研究不同防霉剂对饲料储藏特性的影响。取育肥猪粉状配合饲料分别添加四种不同防霉剂(一种固体防霉剂和三种液体防霉剂A、B、C),对照组不加防霉剂,混合均匀,然后依次进行调质、制粒、冷却,得到所需颗粒饲料试验样品。将各组试验样品分别在低温低湿(温度15℃、相对湿度50%)、中温中湿(温度28℃、相对湿度75%)和高温高湿(温度35℃、相对湿度85%)三种条件下储藏60 d,每10 d采样一次,测定各组样品的水分含量、脂肪酸值、霉菌总数及细菌总数。结果表明:本试验中使用的三种液体防霉剂A、B、C在试验期内不同储藏条件下,均能够有效抑制饲料中水分的增加,延缓饲料中脂肪的氧化,抑制饲料中霉菌、细菌生长繁殖,保持饲料的质量稳定。其中以液体防霉剂A的效果最佳。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of different mould inhibitors on the storage characteristics of pellet feed.Four kinds of mould inhibitors (one is solid and the other three are liquid A,B,C) were added into the pig fattening mash feed groups,with control group not add mold inhibitor,followed by conditioning, pellting and cooling to obtain four groups of test samples respectively.Each group of test samples was stored in low temperature (15 ℃) low humidity(50%),middle temperature (28 ℃) middle humidity (75%) and high temperature (35 ℃) and high humudity (85%) for 60 days.The samples of each group were taken every 10 days,then the moisture content,the fatty acid values,the total number of moulds and the total number of bacteria were determined.The results showed that: In the storing experiment period,under the different storage conditions,the liquid molder inhibitor A,B and C all could suppress the water increase effectively,retard the fat oxidation,restrain the mold and bacteria growth and reproduction,maintain the feed quality stability.Among them,the liquid mold inhibitor A had the best performance.
