我国药占比研究述评——基于2005—2017年的文献

A Review of the Research on the the Percentage of Drug Expenditure in China——Based on the Literature from 2005 to 2017

对2005—2017年有关药占比的研究文献进行归纳总结发现,国内关于药占比的研究大多集中在药占比目标值的设定、药占比的管控举措、药占比的影响因素以及药占比管控存在的问题等方面。下一步研究重点是:逐步完善药占比管控的实际效果和价值评价、探索科学测算药占比目标值的流程和方法、构建药占比指标合理性考评体系,实现政府、医院、患者、药企多方共赢。

The research literature on the percentage of drug expenditure in 2005-2017 was summarized and we found that most of the domestic research on the percentage of drug expenditure was concentrated on the setting of the target value of medicines, the control measures of medicines, the factors affecting the percentage of drug expenditure, and medicine accounts for problems such as control problems. The next research focus is: gradually improving the actual effect and value evaluation of drug occupation and control, exploring the process and method of scientific measurement drugs to occupy the target value, and constructing a rational evaluation system for drug proportion indicators to realize government, hospital, patient, and the medicine company all wins.
