摘要
文章提出将刚度质量比指标作为扭转梁选型依据。基于刚度质量比的参数化设计方法优化得到的扭转梁,满足操稳性能和耐久性能的要求,同时方案具备较好的轻量化意义。建立了扭转梁参数模型,可实现形状变化。利用Isight软件,集成Nastran、Ncode和Abaqus,完成刚度、耐久及强度的多目标自动化优化,缩短了90%的优化周期。
A target of stiffness and mass ratio, which could be used as a judgment basis of torsion beam model selection, is proposed in this article. Based on it, the optimized torsion beam could meet the demand of KC performance, durability performance and the lightweight target. Torsion beam parametric modeling research, which could realize torsion beam shape transforming, is therefore completed. Using Isight, Nastran, Ncode and Abaqus, the stiffness, durability, abuse and strength multi-objective automation optimization is completed, and 90% of the optimization period can then be shorten.
