摘要
文章基于某混合动力汽车的制动优先控制策略,对驾驶过程中制动踏板压力信号或制动开关信号的失效及失效后恢复两种场景进行安全分析。针对高风险场景,优化控制策略,并对优化策略进行硬件在环仿真测试。测试结果表明,优化后的控制策略能够有效避免制动信号失效恢复场景中出现的车辆非预期移动和非预期加速风险。
A functional safety analysis of braking priority control strategy for a hybrid electric vehicle is introduced in this paper. Braking failure scenarios that may occur during the driving process are analyzed based on brake pedal pressure signal or brake switch signal. The optimization of control strategy for the failure scenario with high risk assessment and the corresponding HIL tests are carried out, and the test results show that the optimized control strategy can effectively avoid unexpected creeping and unexpected acceleration behavior in brake failure recovery scenarios.
