摘要
文章探讨了汽车在上汽大众试车场行驶过程中转向拉杆的载荷测量方法。通过在转向拉杆上布置应变片,然后在万能材料试验机上对其进行拉压标定,利用数据采集系统采集其受力后的微应变,获取转向拉杆受力后的应变量和力之间的关系。同时分析了转向拉杆在上汽大众试车场强化道路(SVP)上的载荷测量结果和滥用试验结果。这种基于微应变的测量方法可精确地获取转向拉杆在汽车行驶过程中的受力情况,为其研发提供设计依据,此方法亦可应用于其他相关零部件的载荷测量。
The load measurement method of driving vehicle's track rod in SAIC Volkswagen proving ground is analyzed in this paper. By sticking the strain gage on track rod, calibrating on the ZwickRoll Materials Testing Systems and collecting the micro strain of it with data acquisition system when it is pressed or stretched to acquire the relationship between track rod's micro strain and force. The result of track rod's road load measurement is analyzed and abuse test in SVP. This method can measure the track rod's load exactly during the vehicle is driving, and provide the measurement result for track rod's research and development. This Method can also provide the load measurement to other vehicle parts.
