循环冷却水系统不锈钢管道腐蚀穿孔原因探究 被引量:1

摘要 西北地区某项目循环冷却水系统投入运行不到六个月,就出现304不锈钢管道内部结垢积盐,腐蚀,导致多处穿孔漏水,给系统稳定运行带来非常不利的影响,通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、离子色谱等方法进行分析,结果表明,循环冷却水中含有大量的对304不锈钢具有强烈腐蚀特性的氯离子和硫酸根离子,导致了水冷系统304不锈钢管道焊接焊缝热影响区域加速腐蚀,进而穿孔漏水失效。 The circulating cooling water system of a project in Northwest China has been put into operation for less than six months,interior of 304 stainless steel pipe has accumulated salt and corrosion,which has caused many perforations to leak water,which has a very adverse effect on the stable operation of the system. Electron microscopy,energy spectrometer,ion chromatography and other methods were carried out,and the results showed that the circulating cooling water containing a large number of corrosion of 304 stainless steel has strong characteristics of chlorine ion and sulfate ion,led to the 304 stainless steel pipe welding seam water cooling system heat affected area accelerated corrosion,leakage failure and perforation.
