摘要
在对铜藻炭基固体酸催化剂体系进行温室气体(GHG)排放量的计算过程和系统整个运行过程中,通过生命周期评价方式(LCA),对原料生长、运输、催化剂生产以及应用和消耗过程进行详细的实验分析。经过大量的实验表明,单位催化剂的GHG净排放量(以CO_2-eq计)最大可达20.369 kg。其中,造成最大排放量的阶段是催化剂的生产过程,主要是由于在该过程中发生的炭化反应和干燥产品过程,以期为相关催化剂制备与应用的碳减排研究提供参考。
Four stages ofraw material growth,transportation,catalyst preparation,and its application and consumption were set as system boundaries,the Sargassum Horneri carbon-based solid acid catalyst system was analyzed to calculate its full life cycle GHG(GHG) emissions by LCA method. The results showed that the net life-cycle GHG emissions of Sargassum Horneri carbon-based solid acid catalysts (by CO2-eq) were 20.369 kg for each 1 kg of catalyst produced and indirect greenhouse gas emissions from the electricity consumption during the catalyst preparation stage was the largest Emissions source;carbonization reaction and product drying were important parts of electricity consumption. Finally,based on the results of calculation and analysis,some suggestions were given to provide reference for the research on carbon emission reduction in the process of catalyst production and application.
