西藏牛皮消化学成分研究进展

Research Progress of Chemical Constituents from Cynanchum saccatum

C21甾体类化合物广泛存在于鹅绒藤属植物中,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗惊厥等多种药理活性。分析了该属植物西藏牛皮消C21甾体类,苯类衍生物,有机酸类和木脂素类成分及其药理活性,为今后西藏牛皮消进一步研究与开发利用提供了方向。

C21 steroidal compounds are widely present in the genus Cynanchum, and have various pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor, immune regulation, anti-oxidation and anti-convulsion.In this paper, the genus Cynanchum saccatum C21 steroids, benzene derivatives, organic acids and lignans and their pharmacological activities were analyzed, which provided a direction for further research, development and utilization of Cynanchum saccatum.
