摘要
通过构建电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,测定土壤中的六种重金属。以“KED”模式内标法测定相关的Pb、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、Cd这6种重金属。土壤中六种重金属元素含量范围为0.0015~1.38mg/kg,具体的偏差在0.57%~3.04%。经过分析,发现此种实验法不仅具有简易安全、成本低廉、仪器稳定的优势,同时测定的精准度亦非常高,能够满足我国土壤重金属的相关测定研究需求。
An analytical system for the determination of six heavy metals in soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established.The “KED”model internal standard rule is used to determine the six heavy metals, such as Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr and Cd.The experimental results are of high precision.The contents of six heavy metals in soil range from 0.0015 mg/kg to 1.38mg/kg, and the specific deviation is about 0.57%-3.04%.Through analysis, it is found that this method not only has the advantages of simplicity, safety, low cost and instrumental stability, but also has a very high accuracy, which can meet the needs of the related determination of heavy metals in soil in China.
