The thesis introduced the method of abstracting grape polyphenols from the grape seeds and making it into face cream afterwards.The stability、security and free radical scavenging capacity of the face cream were studied,together with the comparison of free radical scavenging capacity of the face cream using crude grape polyphenols 、pure grape polyphenols and vitamin C as raw material respectively and the influence of the content of pure grape polyphenols on the free radical scavenging capacity of the face cream.
