助熔剂对白光LED用红色荧光粉SrMoO_4:Eu^(3+)的光谱性能影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用高温固相法制备得到一种新型荧光粉SrMoO_4:Eu^(3+),对其进行了XRD、激发光谱、发射光谱等的测试,结果表明:荧光粉SrMoO_4:Eu^(3+)可被464 nm的蓝光激发发射615 nm的红色荧光粉,其Eu^(3+)的最佳浓度为30mol%;助熔剂的掺杂可使荧光粉SrMoO_4:Eu^(3+)制备温度从900℃降低到600℃,而其发光强度增强;对不同助熔剂的研究结果表明硼酸的效果最佳,且最佳掺杂浓度为7wt%。 Phosphor of SrMoO 4∶ Eu ^3+ was synthetized by high-temperature solid state reaction. It has been characterized by XRD, and the excitation and emission spectrum were studied. The phosphor could emit an abroad band with a maximum at 615 nm which is exitedby the blue light with the wavelength at 464 nm, with the best doping concentration 30mol%.The doping effects of flux agent have been studied detailedly, also. The results show that the best flux agent is boric acid in this system, with doping concentration 7wt%,which could reduce the reaction temperature from 900 ℃ to 600 ℃ and enhance the luminous intensity remarkably.
