摘要
研究了一维六方准晶压电双材料中的螺旋位错问题,获得了电弹性场的解析解,在此基础上详细地分析了含螺旋位错的准晶压电双材料中声子场应力,相位子场应力以及电位移的分布特征.基于广义Peach Koehler公式,得到了作用在位错上的像力,讨论了声子场-相位子场耦合弹性常数对作用在位错上像力的影响,为准晶压电材料的实际应用奠定了理论基础.
The screw dislocation in the one dimensional hexagonal quasicrystal piezoelectric bimaterial was analyzed and its analytical expression under the electroelastic field was derived.Accordingly,the distribution characteristics with regard to the stresses of both the phonon and phason field and the electric displacements in the bimaterial were discussed in detail.Meanwhile,we obtained the image force exerted on the dislocation based on the generalized Peach Koehler formula and discussed some effects of the phonon-phason coupling elastic constants on the image force in the paper.
