高校图书馆参与政府购买公共文化服务的思考

Reflections on University Library's Participation in Government's Purchase of Public Cultural Services

[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆参与政府购买公共文化服务提供参考。[方法/过程]采用基于文献的内容分析法,对高校图书馆参与政府购买公共文化服务的相关文献进行梳理,从顶层设计支撑、参与服务定位、参与购买方式、参与公共图书馆总分馆制体系建设等方面进行深入探讨。[结果/结论]从资源、服务、空间、馆员角度提出了高校图书馆参与政府购买公共文化服务的路径与方式。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for university library to participate in the government’s purchase of public cultural services.[Method/process] The paper reviews the related articles on university library’s participation in the government’s purchase of public cultural services by content analysis, and deeply discusses from top-level design support, orientation of participation in service, the mode of participation in purchase and the construction of central-branch library system of the participating public libraries.[Result/conclusion] It puts forward the paths and ways for university library to participate in the government’s purchase of public cultural services from resource, service, space and librarian.
