摘要
大型平头塔式起重机在火电、水电、核电等大型建筑施工项目上应用广泛,改善大型平头塔式起重机回转机构的摇摆现象对起重机的使用安全和精准吊装十分重要。分析了大型平头塔式起重机回转机构摇摆现象产生的原因,介绍了PZQ1400塔机采取的两种防摇摆措施,以及现场参数调试的过程。采取上述措施后,最终达到了良好的制动效果,有效地改善了大型平头塔式起重机回转机构的摇摆现象。
Large-scale flat-top tower cranes are widely used in large-scale construction projects of thermal power,hydropower and nuclear power.It is very important to diminish the swaying of large flat-top tower crane slewing mechanism for the safe and accurate lifting.The causes of the swaying of the large flat-top tower crane slewing mechanism are analyzed.Two anti-sway measures taken by the PZQ1400 and the parameter adjustment process on-site are introduced.Finally,a favorable braking effect is achieved,and the swaying of large flat-top tower crane slewing mechanism is diminished effectively.
