摘要
本文阐述了在离子交换法生产金属镓工艺中,采用双塔交叉吸附技术,改变离子交换树脂吸附工艺和树脂运行方式,提高饱和树脂容量,提高树脂吸附率和解吸率,从而提高了金属镓的产量,达到增产降本的目的。
In the process of producing gallium metal by ion exchange method,the double-tower cross-adsorption technology is used to change the adsorption process of ion exchange resin and the operation mode of resin,increase the capacity of saturated resin,increase the adsorption rate and desorption rate of resin,so as to increase the output of gallium metal and reduce the cost.
