400kA铝电解槽阴极钢棒全截面窄缝焊接技术工艺与实践

摘要 本文采用了全截面窄缝焊接技术对铝电解阴极钢棒进行焊接,在400kA电解槽进行了局部内焊试验。现场测试表明钢棒焊接区域结合良好,无焊接缺陷,压降测试显示每个焊口微电流下压降超过0.7mV,大幅降低电流损失。 Narrow-gap welding with total cross-section technology is applied to the welding of aluminium cathode collector bar,and the local welding test is conducted in the 400kA aluminum pot.The field test shows that the welding area of the cathode collector bar is good without any welding defects,and the voltage drop test shows that the voltage drop of each weld seam with microcurrent exceeds 0.7mV,with the current loss reduced significantly.
