摘要
当前工业领域,特别是微流体测量领域,对流量的计量提出了更苛刻的要求。结合光纤测量技术的高精度、高灵敏度和抗电磁干扰等特点,详细介绍了光纤多普勒流量计、光纤流量计、光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)流量计和光纤"热线"流量计的测量原理和应用发展情况。
At present, in the industrial field, especially in the field of microfluidic measurement, more stringent requirements are put forward for flow measurement. Combining with the characteristics of high precision, high sensitivity and anti-electromagnetic interference of optical fiber measurement technology, the measuring principle and application development of optical fiber Doppler flowmeter, optical fiber flowmeter, optical fiber Fabry-Perot(F-P) flowmeter and optical fiber "hotline" flowmeter are introduced in detail.
