摘要
为推进发电设备状态检修模式发展,某发电集团设计、开发了发电设备故障预警系统并进行了应用。针对预警信息的分析是预警系统应用的关键环节,对预警信息所反映的问题及其预分析方法和再分析方法进行了研究,并举例介绍了排查法在预警信息分析中的应用情况,可以为该预警系统的应用人员和国内其他准备开展状态检修的发电企业提供借鉴。
In order to promote the development of condition-based maintenance mode for power generation equipment,a fault early warning system was designed,developed and applied for power generation equipment.In view of the fact that the analysis of early warning information was the key link in the application of early warning system,the problems reflected by early warning information,its pre-analysis method and re-analysis method were studied,and the application of survey method in the analysis of early warning information was introduced with examples,which could provide reference for the applicants of the early warning system and other domestic power generation enterprises preparing to carry out condition-based maintenance.
