棉花杆成型颗粒循环流化床流化及气化特性 被引量:2

摘要 通过成型棉花杆颗粒冷态流化试验与床料混合试验,得到了关于成型棉花杆颗粒的流化特性,包含临界流化速度、与各种不同粒径石英砂的混合分布情况。在此基础上,开展了700~800℃下的1MW循环流化床气化试验,研究了该种棉花杆成型颗粒的气化特性,试验结果表明该种生物质成型颗粒在循环流化床中运行稳定,产生的燃气热值在4500 kJ/m^3左右,属于低热值燃气,燃气产量约为1.70 m^3/kg,焦油产率低于1.5 g/m^3。 The fluidization characteristics of cotton rod pellets were tested,including the minimum fluidization velocity,and the mixing property with quartz sand of different sizes.On the basis of this,gasification test at a 1 MW scale circulating fluidized bed was carried out,and a series of parameters were obtained for the gasification characteristics of the cotton rod pellets.The results showed that the biomass particles were stable in the circulating fluidized bed.The calorie value of the gas in fluidized bed was about 4500 kJ/m^3.The gas production was about 1.70 m^3/kg and the tar yield less than 1.5 g/m^3.
