装配式建筑是国家大力推进的建筑类型,是当今整个建筑业发展潮流。装配式钢结构建筑是装配式建筑重要组成部分。钢结构建筑具有先天装配式优势,钢构件工厂预制,现场安装,能够提高施工速度,同时节约成本。对于大跨度钢结构建筑,钢结构施工过程中对于分段吊装的钢桁架、超长超重钢梁等钢构件需要设置临时支撑胎架,满足高空对接合拢要求。福州数字中国会展中心工程施工,通过理论方案比选,创新性地采用圆管组合胎架作为桁架临时支撑措施,并使用有限元计算软件进行施工模拟分析。实际工程实践论证了该装配式钢结构施工临时支撑支架的简便性、高效性。

Fabricated building is one of the building type promoted by our country strenuously,and it is the development trend of the whole construction industry.Fabricated steel structure building is an important port of prefabricated buildings.Steel structure building has the congenital advantage of fabrication.Steel part prefabricated in factory is installed at construction site,which can significantly improve the speed of construction and save costs.Temporary support frames should be set for segmental steel truss and extra long heavy steel beam during steel structure hoisting for large span steel structure building,which is used to serve high altitude docking.During the construction of FuZhou Digital China Convention and Exhibition Center,the combined tube frame is innovatively adopted as the temporary support measure of the truss through the comparison of the theoretical schemes,and the finite element calculation software is used for the construction simulation analysis.The practical engineering practice demonstrates the convenience and efficiency of the temporary support for the construction of the assembled steel structure.
