急性呼吸窘迫综合征的药物治疗进展

Advances in pharmacological therapy for acute respiratory distress syndrome

在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)治疗药物的临床试验中,某些临床前研究中被认为很有前景的药物,并没有达到预期的效果,且研究结果不完全一致,从而导致这些药物在ARDS治疗中的应用存在争议。这些目前正在研究中的药物包括西维来司他、他汀类、糖皮质激素、一氧化氮、β-受体激动剂、肺表面活性剂、抗血小板药、抗凝血剂、神经肌肉阻滞药、乙酰水杨酸,乌司他丁,雾化高渗盐水和干细胞等。本文对这些药物治疗ARDS的现状作一综述。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a critical clinical syndrome.In the treatment of ARDS,many drugs have been considered to be promising in preclinical studies;however,with the continuous development of clinical trials,the expected clinical effect could not be achieved.The current application of drugs in the treatment of ARDS is controversial,the drugs include sivelestat,statins,corticoids,nitric oxide,beta agonist,surfactant,antiplatelet,anticoagulant,muscle relaxants,acetylsalicylic acid,ulinastatin,the atomization of hypertonic saline and stem cell therapy,etc.This article reviews the current status of drug therapy for ARDS in order to provide a reference for the comprehensive treatment of ARDS.
