摘要
以盐城市核心区为例,构建水量水质数学模型,在常态补水方案的基础上,充分考虑随初期雨水径流进入河道的污染物,分析初期雨水污染对活水效果的影响。结果表明,活水方案的水质改善效果与引水水质和污染物浓度分布有关;活水目标相同时,考虑初期雨水污染的活水时间较未考虑初期雨水污染的长;由于汇流时间不同,考虑初期雨水污染时,上游断面的污染物浓度峰值时刻和达标时间较下游断面有所推迟。
Taking the core area of Yancheng City as an example,the mathematical model of water quantity and quality was constructed.On the basis of the normal water supply scheme,the pollutants entering the river with the initial rainwater runoff were fully considered and the influence of the initial rainwater pollution on the living water effect was analyzed.The results show that the water quality improvement effect of the living water scheme is related to the water quality of diversion water and the distribution of pollutant concentration.When the target of living water is the same,the time of living water considering initial rainwater pollution is longer than that without considering initial rainwater pollution.Due to different confluence time,the peak time and the time of reaching the standard of pollutant concentration in the upstream section are delayed compared with that in the downstream section when the initial rainwater pollution is considered.
