精准代谢组学用于药物靶点开发

摘要 传染性疾病和代谢性疾病具有高复发性、高耐药性、低预警性等特点,基于疾病本身的机理剖析,将有利于更好的理解疾病和开发药物靶点群。精准代谢组学策略依托代谢组学和个体化医学策略,以疾病本身的特点设计精准化研究方案,传染性疾病方面基于病原菌的致病因子出发,代谢性疾病着眼于疾病的全阶段代谢过程变化,寻找与生物学事件发生发展密切相关的关键位点和特异性代谢物。利用特洛伊木马策略和代谢云干预策略,修饰特异性的代谢位点,精准作用于疾病本身,更好地发现潜在药物靶点和开发先导化合物。 Infectious and metabolic diseases are characterized by high recurrence,high drug resistance,high tolerance and low early warning.The analysis based on the mechanism of the disease will help better understand the disease and develop drug target groups.Precision metabolomics strategy relies on metabolomics and individualized medical strategy,designs precise research programs according to the characteristics of disease itself,such as starting from pathogenic factors of infectious diseases and focusing on the changes of metabolic process in metabolic diseases,and look for key sites and specific metabolites closely related to the occurrence and development of biological events.Trojan horse strategy and metabolic cloud intervention strategy are used to modify specific metabolic loci,precisely act on the disease itself,and better develop potential drug targets and precursor drugs.
