摘要 分布式电源、储能装置、响应负荷以及主动管理与控制策略的应用,令主动配电网的运行方式更加灵活多变。部分负荷转供情况的出现使传统可靠性评估指标不再适用于主动配电网,在故障恢复的过程中应充分考虑负荷功率和转供容量。将风险评估引入主动配电网理论可靠性评估过程中,在计算期望缺供电量等风险性指标的基础上,通过定义户均容量,实现了风险性指标到可靠性指标的转化。最后通过算例系统,验证了提出的基于风险性指标的理论可靠性评估指标的正确性,并有效提高了配电网可靠性评估的准确性,为配电网规划与运行方案的制定和优化提供了一定的借鉴。 Because of the application of distributed generators,energy storage devices,responsive loads,and active management and control methods,active distribution network(ADN) has more flexible operation modes. Partial load transfer makes traditional reliability evaluation index no longer applicable,and load power and transfer capacity should be fully taken into consideration. Firstly,risk evaluation theory is introduced into ADN theoretically reliability evaluation,and EENS(expected energy not served) is calculated. Secondly,the transformation from risk index to reliability index is realized by defining average capacity. Finally,the correctness of the theoretical reliability evaluation index based on risk index proposed in this paper is verified by the example system,and the accuracy of distribution network reliability evaluation is effectively improved. The result could provide some reference and help for the formulation and optimization of distribution network planning and operation.
