摘要
文章立足于辽宁省水资源承载力现状及特点,阐述了生态战略观下的区域水资源承载力概念,然后构建具体的生态资源承载力评价指标体系,确定各指标权重,针对指标层1中的水资源承载力、水资源承载调控力以及水资源承载压力,还有指标层2中的人均水资源量、生态用水率以及城市化率等多个三级指标进行权重分析,最后根据数据处理结果得出了辽宁省水资源承载力评价结果。
Based on the current state and characters of water resource bearing capacity of Liaoning Province,this paper states the concept of regional water resource bearing capacity under the view of ecological strategy,then,the detailed index system of ecological resources evaluation is established to determine the weight of each index.According to water resources bearing capacity,regulation and control of water resources bearing capacity and bearing pressure of water resources in index layer 1,and various grade three indexes including per capita water resources quantity,ecological water rate and urbanization rate in index layer 2,the weights are analyzed,finally,the evaluation results of water resources bearing capacity of Liaoning Province are obtained based on the data treatment results.
