辽宁省水资源与社会经济的协调度评价

Evaluation for Coordination Degree between Water Resources and Social Economy in Liaoning Province

水资源系统是一个涉及多指标、多层次、多属性的复杂庞大的体系,全面客观的刻画这一体系具有重要的价值和意义。本研究结合辽宁省各区域实际状况,对水资源与社会经济协调发展的7项典型参数进行评价分析,科学合理的给出了各区域协调程度水平,然后根据各区域评价结果及其存在的问题提出了改进措施与建议,为促进区域水资源的协调健康发展提供一定决策依据。

Water resources system is a complex and bulky system involving multi-indicator,multi-layer and multi-attribute system,it is of great value and significant to depict the system objectively and totally.Combined with the facts of each region in Liaoning Province,this paper evaluated and analyzed seven typical parameters reflecting coordination development of water resources and social economy,and set forth scientifically and reasonably the level of coordination degree of each region,then,put forward the improving measures and suggestion based on the evaluated results and problems existing in each region,which provided a certain accordance of making decisions for promoting the coordinated and healthy development of water resources in this region.
