摘要
相对于普通工程建设项目,水利工程面临着更加艰巨的建设与维护难度,工程建设施工与运行过程中具有更加多样和复杂的风险。鉴于此,文章依据建设项目风险指标隶属度关系构造风险评估层次模型,通过一致性检验确定最终的风险权重和总排序,以期为水利工程建设项目风险管理方案的优选和制定提供一定参考和决策依据。
Relative to ordinary engineering construction project,the water conservancy projects are faced with more arduous construction and maintenance difficulty,and there are more complex risks in the duration of project construction and operation.In view of this,according to the subjection degree of risk indexes of construction project,this paper established the risk assessment hierarchy model to determine the final risk weight and total rank through the consistency check,hoping to provide a certain reference and accordance of making decision for selecting and carrying out the risk management scheme of hydraulic project construction project.
