白水洞水库施工期拦洪度汛及导流建筑物设计 被引量:1

摘要 白水洞水库坝址区洪水峰高、历时短且量大,河谷狭窄深切、两岸基岩多裸露等情况,给施工期导流及水流控制带来较大的挑战。结合分期设计洪水成果,考虑枢纽布置、施工安全和施工干扰等因素,优选全段围堰一次拦断河流挡水与右岸导流隧洞泄水相结合的导流方式,并制定原河道过流、导流隧洞过流以及导流隧洞联合坝面临时泄洪等施工分期水流控制策略。根据导流标准,确定出技术可行、经济合理的导流洞及上、下游围堰规模及结构体型,确保大坝防洪度汛安全。 Aiming at the problems of high peak height,short duration and large amount flood,and narrow and deep river valley,and exposed bare rock on both banks,which will make big challenges to engineering diversion and water flow control during construction period.Combining with staged design floods analyzing results,and considering the hub layout,construction safety and construction disturbances,the scheme with full-section cofferdam to intercept the river to retain water and right bank diversion tunnel to discharge water has been optimal chosen,and construction staged flow control strategy with using original river,diversion tunnel and combing the diversion tunnel and dam surface to discharge water has also been adopted.The technically and economical feasible scale and structure of diversion tunnel and upstream and downstream cofferdams have been determined to ensure the safety of dam flood control.
