大中型水电站移民工程项目建设管理模式研究

Practice and Research on Construction Management Model of Immigration Project in Large and Medium-sized Hydropower Stations

根据国内外工程建设项目的组织实施方式,结合水利水电工程现行移民政策法规,提出了移民工程项目四种基本的建设管理模式。在实践经验的基础上,对其特有的组织形式和优缺点进行了分析,并总结提出每一种不同建设管理模式的适用条件。

According to the way of implementation of domestic and international construction projects,four basic construction management models of the immigration project are defined combined with the current immigration policies and regulations of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.On the basis of practical experience,the unique organizational form and the advantages and disadvantages of these models are analyzed,and the applicable conditions for each construction management model are summarized and established.This article provides a useful reference for colleagues.
