摘要 电动汽车保有量高速增长,车载动力电池全生命周期性能检测对电动汽车使用、交易至关重要。本文针对车载动力锂电池电压高存在一定危险性的特点,建立低压模拟系统。基于电池—电机系统,采用磁滞制动器模拟实车负载。提出了电动汽车动力锂电池性能检测实验台结构。在对平台各组成构件设计的基础上,研制了该实验台,并通过测试验证了该实验平台可以对锂电池(组)性能进行测量与表征,为研究实车动力锂电池性能测量装置提供了参考。 With the rapid growth of electric vehicle ownership, the whole-life performance test of on-board power battery is crucial to the use and transaction of electric vehicles. A low voltage simulation system is established for the high voltage of on-board power lithium battery. Based on the battery-motor system, the hysteresis brake is used to simulate the real load. It is presented the structure of test bench for performance test of lithium battery in electric vehicle. Based on the construction and design of each component of the platform, the experimental platform was developed. The test proved that the experimental platform could measure and characterize the performance of lithium battery(group), which could provid a reference for the study of the performance measurement device of real vehicle power lithium battery.
