摘要 通过对55CrSi弹簧钢丝电解磷化工艺的研究表明:电解磷化膜存在阴阳面现象;连续电解磷化时磷化膜结合力差;采用“磷化+擦拭+磷化”的方式磷化,磷化膜厚度增加较快,比相同条件下连续磷化膜厚度至少多一倍,且磷化膜结合力好;电解磷化时,不管是连续还是“磷化+擦拭+磷化”的方式,磷化时间越长,膜层越厚.电解磷化膜形貌为棒状晶粒,呈交错分布,其磷锌比为1∶3.09,组分非常接近磷酸锌,但在钢丝表面缺陷较深处无法形成完整膜层,会有少量气孔存在. To study electrolyzed phosphating process of 55CrSi spring wire,results show that electrolyzed phosphating film has two-sided effect,the binding force of phosphating film is poor in continuous electrolyzed phosphating,to treat with the method of “ phosphating + wiping + phosphating”,the thickness of phosphating film depth increases rapidly,at least twice the thickness of continuous phosphating film under the same conditions,and adhesion of phosphating film is good,when electrolysis phosphating,whether it is continuous or “phosphating + wiping + phosphating”,the longer the phosphating time,the thicker the film layer,electrolytic phosphating film morphology is rod-shaped grain staggered distribution,its phosphorus-zinc ratio is 1∶3.09,the composition is very close to zinc phosphate,but a complete film layer cannot be formed at the groove depression on the surface of the wire,and there exists a small amount of porosity.
