金属制品建设项目风险分析研究

摘要 根据国内某钢企参与的金属制品建设项目可能面临的风险因素,筛选出高风险因素和高概率风险.对主要风险因素进行识别,并采用定性与定量相结合的方法进一步预测和估计可能引发的风险事件并判断其风险程度.给出主要风险因素风险程度分析评价,采用综合风险指数对采取措施前后的主要风险因素风险程度进行对照,通过采取适当风险防范措施,降低项目风险,推进项目健康稳定发展. High risk factors and high probability risks are selected according to the possible risk factors of the metal product construction project in a domestic steel company.The main risk factors are identified,and the risk events that may be induced are predicted and the risk degree is estimated by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The risk degree analysis and evaluation of the main risk factors are given,and the risk degree of the main risk factors before and after taking measures is compared by using the comprehensive risk index.By adopting appropriate risk prevention measures,the risk of the project is reduced and the project is promoted to develop healthily and steadily.
