摘要 输电线路铁塔在输电线路中起主要支撑作用,加工质量直接影响线路安全.针对输电线路铁塔用低合金高强度结构钢需要热变形问题,进行工艺试验.对钢材多次加热,检验钢材力学性能变化,通过试验数据分析,研究钢材反复加热对钢材性能的影响,试验表明,只要控制好加热时间,热加工对低合金高强度钢影响在可控制范围之内,为铁塔加工制造提供依据. Electric transmission line towers play a major supporting role in transmission lines,and the quality of processing directly affects the safety of transmission lines.In view of the hot deformation of low alloy and high strength structural steel for transmission line towers,the process test is carried out.The influence of repeated heating on the mechanical properties of steel was studied through the analysis of experimental data.The test proves that the influence of hot working on low alloy high strength steel can be controlled within the range of control as long as the heating time is well controlled.This provides a basis for tower processing and manufacturing.
